The Subdivision process can be extensive, as planning provisions and procedures vary significantly between Councils and service authorities.  Meridian Land Surveyors can assist you with navigating through this process from the initial application to Council, liaising with service authorities and understanding permit requirements.  We attend to all survey requirements for subdivision, along with co-ordinating the administrative process so that you can focus on attending to the conditions and requirements that must be satisfied prior to a Statement of Compliance being issued.

As part of this process we prepare the initial Plan of Subdivision, submit the application to Council, underake required survey work and prepare the Abstract of Field Records and Licensed Surveyors Report for Land Victoria.
